Challenge of the Month 2023 Compilation Brush Set for Procreate

The Manero Brushes Challenge of the Month is an art challenge where I provide a new art prompt, Procreate brush, and color palette every month! The challenge is to create something based on the given art prompt using only the provided brush and color palette.

These assets are always FREE to download during the month they’re available. However, until now, after a month passed, they were replaced by the next month’s challenge and freebies. If you missed any, there was no way to get them anymore. This gave the monthly challenge and freebies a sense of exclusivity, rewarding those who took the time to collect the assets each month and participate in the challenges.

Due to popular demand, I’m launching a yearly compilation brush set, which will collect all 12 art prompts, brushes, and color palettes. This is available for purchase, catering to those who may have missed any of them in the past. This approach maintains the exclusivity of the freebies (you can still get them for free if you download them each month on time), but also provides an opportunity to acquire them at a price by the end of the year when the compilation set is released.

The "All-improved Manero Brushes" Update (26/09/24)

This set now features unique full-color thumbnails. Please use dark mode in Procreate to display these custom thumbnails correctly. Note that opening the thumbnails in Brush Studio will cause them to lose their color. If this happens, reinstalling the set will restore themSome brushes now support barrel roll on compatible iPads (Apple Pencil Pro required). Look for the “Rotate” 🔄 symbol in their names for quick identification. On non-supported iPads, barrel roll brushes will work with azimuth, a feature that allows you to control rotation with the angle of your Apple Pencil. Brushes that use Color Dynamics now have a ”Rainbow” 🌈 symbol  in their names for quick identification. Minor tweaks have been made to the brushes for improved performance.
